Established the Edinburgh office in the UK and established a new energy power supply RD department in Nanjing.

"Hunan Frecom Electronics Co., Ltd." was founded in Chenzhou , Hunan, with the establishment of R&D departments of the PD fast charger and battery chargers ,The Hunan Frecom Electronics Industrial Park was founded.
