It continuously conducts "cost reduction and efficiency enhancement" activities through lean production practices. Over years of manufacturing exploration, the company has established a professional lean production team.

Currently, the company has established two automated production lines and two semi-automated production lines, totaling up to 28 lines, with an annual production capacity of over 50 million power supply products. With the completion of the headquarters base in Hunan and the production base in Vietnam, the company is accelerating towards Industry 4.0's intelligent factory with an average annual value-added growth rate of 50%, leading industry innovation and becoming a benchmark in the power supply sector.

In terms of intelligent manufacturing, the company has introduced various advanced management tools, such as ERP system, Equipment management system, OA system, MES, SRM system, WMS system, and Enterprise Management System. These tools tightly integrate various production resources with intelligent sensing technology, enabling real-time transmission, monitoring, control, and adjustment; timely alerts, start-stop, line changeovers, and maintenance. In terms of quality control, the company achieves refined quality management throughout the entire process, from product design, supplier guidance, material procurement, production manufacturing, to shipment inspection and after-sales service. In terms of management, a comprehensive closed-loop management is realized through standard construction, process execution, information feedback, standard maintenance, and performance assessment.
