The company has its own sales, RD and manufacturing teams, as well as laboratories. It has established three RD centers, employing over 60 R&D personnel, dedicated to developing power solutions for communication, medical and beauty instruments, electric tool chargers, new energy vehicle chargers, and consumer fast chargers.

With over 1,000 employees, Frecom currently operates two major manufacturing bases in Chengzhou, Hunan, and Bac Ninh, Vietnam. The Hunan Industrial Park, with an investment of 200 million yuan and an area of 50 acres, operates more than 30 production lines, with an annual manufacturing capacity of nearly 60 million units. Additionally, Frecom has sales offices in Brazil, Japan, the UK, Mexico, and Taiwan. There are plans for further investments in manufacturing centers in Mexico and India to provide prompt and professional services to global customers.
