Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for a series of recruitment tasks such as talent screening, interviews, selection, and evaluation;

2. Proficient in using various recruitment and selection methods, independently completing the recruitment process, and responsible for the recruitment results;

Qualification

1. Unified enrollment 985/211 with a bachelor's degree or above, preferably a master's degree, with a background in human resource management or computer related majors;

2.3-5 years of experience in headhunting or group recruitment work;
